Your cash to drug barrons or charity ?

The beggars bow - what happens if you give a beggar £1 or $1 in the street - you are dis empowering them - giving them a quick fix - not a long term solution - I believe a person in poverty is more likely to be mentally unstable and turn to illegal activity, the only way to change that AND cut down the bill is offer opportunity to self employment - which requires help, support and reassurance - not a kick in the head.
