another clickbank rule I didn't pay attention to - they won't pay you for paypal purchased sales until you have 5 or more non paypal sales - i.e 5 different credit card numbers - I wonder why they never release the earnings even if I meet the minimum payout it's called CDR on the account form.

I love the bit about not abusing the system - I have been with them for years - before they charged monthly for an account at all...
