This is what working people have to think about (UK)

Now I see what the middle classes have to worry about in UK (as well as the unemployed) council tax help and child care help is NOT included, at present in the new system (universal credit) this white paper is from within government - and addresses their concerns - that UC is going to cause a lot of poop to hit the fan amidst growing unemployment, it basically worries that this all means more people are going to break the law, because more PUNISHMENTS are being put in place where ***MORE people can potentially break the law by accident***
